Tanya Dowd

Tanya joins Bayleys after enjoying eight years abroad with her young family and decided to move to the Whangaparaoa to be close to the top schools, beaches and endless recreational activities this wonderful region offers.


Tanya’s previous experience is in international hospitality working in London, Frankfurt, L.A and Asia, so Tanya is experienced in working with a diverse range of people. This experience has provided Tanya with a committed desire to meet people’s needs and expectations in finding solutions for her client’s real estate requirements.


My personal goal is to provide a comprehensive guide to the sales and purchase process for my clients. I believe I can make the difference in what some people might find a stressful time and I go the extra mile to ensure that the process is dealt with smoothly to gain the optimum results for your most valuable asset.
