Rob’s “Love Affair” with Omaha Beach started with a property purchase in Blue Bell Parade 17 years ago. Little did he know that the decision to purchase property in Omaha Beach would result in a major change in lifestyle and career path. At that time Omaha Beach was a relative “Backwater” known only to a few astute buyers who had unlocked the secret and discovered the magnificent 4 kilometre ocean beach and pristine harbour that offers safe swimming, surfing, water sports and perfect boating facilities.

Rob’s business background revolved around the Oil Industry. Employed by Shell Oil in a number of sales and marketing positions over a 25 year period, Rob left the oil company to purchase a large Northland 24 hour Service Station which he operated successfully for the next ten years. A decision taken in 1999 to “sell up” and move to Omaha Beach permanently was to form the platform for what is now a very successful career in Real Estate - based of course in Omaha Beach.

Coupled with a wide range of skills developed during his time in the oil industry, a natural ability to communicate easily with everyone, plus an overwhelming passion for Omaha Beach resulted in Rob receiving numerous sales awards and extensive recognition amongst his peers. Rob has an unequalled knowledge of Omaha’s past and present sales history, developed from specializing exclusively in Omaha, an invaluable asset for anyone wishing to purchase or sell property in Omaha.

Rob joined Bayleys Omaha office in June 2009 and in the remaining 10 months of the 2009 / 2010 financial year finished in the top 5% of Bayleys sales people nationwide.
