Paul and his wife Ann Marie moved north to Omaha Beach over five years ago and were previously long time residents of Auckland’s East Coast Bays. Paul has been a regular visitor to the area in years gone by though, to go surfing, diving and camping and knows the region very well. He even remembers having to park the car, climb a fence on the Omaha causeway and walking to the beach for a surf in teenage years. He never thought they’d end up living 500 paces from the beautiful white sands of stunning Omaha Beach and just 10 paces from the challenging links style “back nine” of Omaha Beach Golf Club.


They both love the relaxed quiet lifestyle that Omaha and the surrounding Matakana area offers, and still get that exciting “buzz” every time they head home over the causeway….to the hidden paradise that lies beyond. “It’s like all your troubles just melt away. There is so much to do in the area…..if that’s what you want, or you can just relax and chill out. And it’s all less than an hour from the hassles and stresses of Auckland.”

Paul comes from a background in sales & marketing spanning some 26 years, including starting and owning his own import and distribution business for 13 of those years and then working in a consultancy/advisory role for a further 7 years for the business after selling the company.


During that time his main objectives included overseeing the sales and marketing roles of the company to achieve budgeted growth as well as implementing and ensuring high levels of customer service and back up were maintained ensuring their company was recognised as the #1 service provider in their industry.

Paul is an extremely astute and reliable business/sales professional with a steely determination, very strong work ethic and unshakeable professionalism. He has an ability to empathise with all types of people at any level and communicate well with clients to determine what is required to reach their desired outcomes and then work towards achieving win/win solutions.
