John LedinghamAfter a couple of years in Auckland for family reasons, John has returned North to join Bayleys, Warkworth, where he will be back selling coastal and country. For the previous 10 years, John was selling real estate along the beautiful Northland Coast, where he sold a significant number of premium coastal and waterfront properties. Top seller for his previous firm, John was asked to join Bayleys, Whangarei in 2001 where he was their top residential agent in 2004 and again in 2005. John trained as a land agent, working mainly in Scotland where he was involved with all aspects of land and property. In 1985 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and in 1988 John set up his own real estate, land management and valuation business until emigrating over here in 1995. With over 35 years in land and property, John has a wealth of experience. He is highly principled, a true professional and always puts his clients interests first. Trust and integrity have brought John much repeat business and his ability to see both sides, together with absolute determination have enabled him to bring many negotiations to successful conclusions. John is married to Rosemary, who is Fundraising Manager for Alzheimers Auckland. They have two sons, James (23), who has just completed his degree in mechanical engineering at Auckland University and is now working with Southern Spars and Michael (21), is in his final year of a commerce degree at Auckland University.
