John ForemanOwning his own practise as an Architect and Project Manager placed John in good stead when he arrived in New Zealand in 1967 to take up a senior management position with a major design and build group of companies in Wellington. In 1970 he relocated to Auckland where he re-started his Design and Project Management business for the retail industry which led to recognition and major contracts with many of this country’s major retailers such as The Lotteries Commission, Whitcoulls, Paper Plus and Gulliver's Travel and Mall Developers such as Lend Lease, Challenge Properties, AMP and Westfield. In 1978 seeking a change he entered the real estate profession to use his commercial skills helping others make sound decisions buying and selling property. His former professional background in marketing and business management showed through causing him to be recognised as the top agent in a reputable North Shore real estate agency where he earned a silver cup for the very first million dollar home sale north of the Bridge at that time. Known for having empathy with his client Vendor’s needs and for achieving highly regarded results, his market position was at the high end of residential; where he consistently provided reputable service to his client base for a number of years. He was known for his advertising headline which began with “Location Location Location” which he borrowed from Jean Paul Getty’s well known by-line. John joined the team at Bayleys North of Auckland in 2010 where John’s personal promise is to offer effective marketing and supreme service to this market, combined with professional contract negotiation for his clients. On a more nautical front; John and his wife Brenda who are both well known on the water in their1927 Bailey bridge deck motor yacht “Lady Joyce”, continue to enjoy cruising and living in the centre of the Gulf’s playground. |
